Why you shouldn't leave makeup in a low drawer

Marlee got into the mascara yesterday. Pretty gorgeous.

She was so proud of herself.

That is until I showed her the first 2 pictures. You should have seen the look of shock and disappointment on her face I laughed so hard. Not exactly what she thought she had done.

Here is after I cleaned off all that I could. Her sisters were sooo jealous! They kept telling me that she looked so pretty with the mascara.

Mud Season

Spring around here is also known as Mud Season (sometimes it is more like Winter Continued). We went outside to play on Friday and I asked the kids to please not get too muddy.
Marlee of course didnt obey at all. The other girls did far better, but were still a mess.

The pants had a hard time staying up with all
that crap on them.

Such a joy to clean up!

But, I am happy to report that most of the snow has now melted and we have had 4 warm days in a row!
