Fall Walk

Me and the girlies went for a walk and took a million pictures. Here are a few of the better ones.

Jack-O-Lantern

Bailey was standing on the toilet washing her hands yesterday. She slipped and smacked her mouth on the counter, and knocked out her front tooth. Her lip was pretty big. We went to the dentist today for X-rays and the whole tooth came out clean and no other damage. she will just be toothless for a long time.

Today she told me she wants to be a jack o lantern for Halloween. I dont think she gets it but I told her that would be fitting.

While I was on the phone...

I was on the phone tonight talking to Josh and when I hung up I turned around to this.

Little Miss decided to play with the powdered sugar.

What a mess! I took off her clothes to try to keep the mess is this

area, but while Callie was sweeping, she just kept walking through.

Shes just so cute though, not like I get mad.

Squeeze with Cheese Please

At the beginning of the month we were in Sac and went to a fave place to eat called Squeeze In.

I finally uploaded my pics and had to share these. I love how they look with the orange background. The cheeseburger with all the delicious crispyfied chees was soooo good as well as the awesome tacos. I definetly recomend it!

Seven

Callie turned 7 about 2 weeks ago. I lost my camera halfway through the day so I didnt get very many pictures. Luckily I found the camera though about a week and a 1/2 later.

Here she is eating the birthday swedish pancake.

We went to the 4th parade, It was pretty boring and a little too long.

Boxing?

The girls ran into the kitchen the other night to showme their

boxing outfits.

Then they had a little boxing match for me.

Ive never seen boxing outfits like that before

but whatever!

1 Year Stats

Marzee had her checkup last week. She is now a whopping 18 lbs and 28 inches.

That puts in about the 5th percentile the doc said.

I didnt think she was big, but

holy cow, I guess she is pretty teeny.

I love that picture above of her whinning, it cracks me up.

This has been one of her favorite things to do lately, along with climbing the bunkbed ladder and sitting up on the fireplace hearth ( is that what they are called.)

Camping

Saturday Morning we decided to go camping for the day and be back on Sunday in time for church (ours doesnt start until 1, Bleh!) So we went over to the in-laws to clean out and borrow the camper. Josh and I rode up the canyon to get a good camping spot. It took us a while and so when we got back to pick up Cal and Bay, Callie had been crying because she thought we just went camping without her. What a dork! We went home and got all the stuff we needed and headed back to our spot. It was probably 3 by the time we were ready to camp. Now the weather here has not been so great. The past week has bee n cloudy with rain off and on, but we decided to go anyway.

Saturday was good we had fun, Josh did all the cooking, it sprinkled here and there, but not too bad. The girls and I roasted some malllows, we went for a walk .

Marlee quickly became a mess but she enjoyed herself.

Sunday we woke up and while we were making breakfast it started to rain and everything became a muddy mess . After we ate we cleaned up and headed out. Well, the camper doesnt have 4 wheel drive and got stuck in the mud. our spot was next to a creek and when we were trying to drive out the camper just kept slipping closer to the drop off going to the water. We had our truck, so we left the camper and went to get a tow rope. No luck! the camper is still today stuck in the mud. I think we will wait until we have some really good weather before we go camping again.

Marlees Fave Toy

So Marlees fave toy for quite a while has been her carseat. The girl loves to climb in and hang out for a while and then climb out and climb in again.

Doesnt she look happy? 

Try to buckle her in and she will arch her back

and make it as hard as possible, 

but play in it, heck ya!

This has led to a few spills though, like the one that almost happened 

right before this last pic.

Good fun can be had with a carseat!

Bad Case of Red Face

My Poor Little Marzee woke up with a ridiculous rash tuesday morning. 

But first of all, lets rewind to the middle of March. 

Marlee started getting her top 2 teeth, and had the fever, runny nose and incredibly whiny

and she was rubbing her ears and such, 

so I took her into the docs to have her ears checked 

and they were fine. Doc says nothings wrong, just teething. 

Great, Perfect, so fast froward to about 2 weeks ago She starts getting the next 2 top teeth.

She has the fever, runny nose, incredibly whiny,

not rubbing the ears this time. 

The fever starts friday night and all weekend I just think she is teething. 

Monday she still has a fever off and on and so we decide alright better take her in

tommorrow to check.

This time it was an ear infection. The poor girl suffered for like 4 days with an earache. Maybe next time I will be able to tell the diff between earaches and teething. Anyways, She got amoxicillin and she ended up getting a rash all over her tummy and back the next day and we had to switch her medicine.

24 hours after she finished the 5 days of the new medicine she started being really whiny and runny nose again, so we thought the ear was still aching.

The next morning she woke up with little red polka dots all over her face. I took her to the docs and while I was there I noticed that now the polka dots are all over her body.

The Doc said the ear was getting better and to do nothing about the rash it is viral and will go away on its own.

So we did nothing and the little polka dots all got bigger and her cheeks turned into big painful looking blobs. Luckily though it didnt seems to itch or bother her at all.

It looked so bad this pic doesnt really show it as bad as it was, everyone we saw yesterday wanted to know what was wrong with my kid. 

I am happy to say though that today she woke up looking sooo much better.

Poor kid, what is she going to have next?

Spring Break Finale

We stopped at Jelly Belly on the way home from the beach . Did the tour and everything. Got some tasty treats.
We got to go to the park while we were there because you can do that there in March and the park is not wet, covered in snow, and/or freezing. so nice.

Anyways it was lots of fun, we miss being there a ton. When it was done we left the sunshine and lovely weather and came back to a blizzard. No, Seriously, church was cancelled the day after we got home due to the winter storm.
