Field Day

The last day of Kindergarten Bailey had a field day. It for once was not rainy or snowy, so it was a good day to have it.Here she is doing the obstacle course
Potato sack races. One kid said the sac smells like a stinky boot.
Egg relay, I love that I snapped a shot while it was falling! Oh and PS she had a long sleeve shirt on before I took her to school and I thought field day was more running an such so I told her to go put a t shirt on under the shirt she wanted to wear and take the long one of for the field stuff, and she put this one on which is obviously way too small, but I didnt know she had this one on until i showed up to the events. Embarrassing, but dont judge me!

No more waiting!

Here are some pics are some of my little sugar booger. This one is from tonight. i was trying to take a picture when she was one her tummy, but she kept rolling over as soon as I put her on the tum tum.

This one looks kinda weird, but it almost looks like she is smiling. She has smiled for real a few times and she cooed at me twice yesterday. So cute! I cant get her to do it again though.

Anyways she has been a really good little punkin. She still sleeps quite a bit, and has not been much of a screamer. I will try to update more often Mom!

Important Milestone

Marlee has reached an important milestone in every big sister of a breastfed baby's life,Yup, she now is herself a breastfeeder! She latched her baby on and then looked at me and said "she eats my boobs." Your Milk Marlee, your Milk.

A Wee Bit Yellow

My little Greenlei has a little bit of jandice, but not bad enough for the lights or whatever it is they do. They told us to give her sun baths in the window (dont they know where we live?) So on the rare occasion we have enough sun coming through the window she gets to get all nakey and lay in some sun which she loves and goes right to sleep. And of course she looks adorable, so you know I have to snap some pictures, and then show them off.

Mmmm Butter!

Josh made homemade butter tonight with his Grams old school churn. We bought some fresh milk straight from the cow and scooped off the cream.

After much turning of the handle the butter chunked together. He drained off the buttermilk, Shaped it and there we have butter!

It is in the fridge for the night to harden, but I am excited to try it out tomorrow! Makes me want to bake a loaf of bread!
